hi everyone am new to growing but am sick of buying shit weed that is spreyd with all kinds of shit inclding glass so i am going to try and grow some i have seen a lot of differnt things about thes led lights and as i live in the uk and i cant afford to have the police rading my house they seem like a good idea but form what i have read on hera about them its not such a good idea to use them but i have allredy oreded one so am going to give it a go was just wondering if any one has got any other ways i can keep a grow room stelth and most people have said they ok for veg but not for flowering in that case cant you just force flowering by not giveing it water sorry if thes ant mistakes in this but would like some advice thanks for your time

they arnt the best lights but hey you have to use what you have. when someone says they are ok for veg that means they are advising you to switch to a hps light for flowering not that you cant use it for flowering. to make a plant flower you just change your light cycle from 18/6 to 12/12. 12 hours on 12 hours off. if you starve it of water you will only decress yield, stress plant, hermie it, or even kill it. THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A PLANT FLOWER IS TO GIVE IT LESS HOURS OF LIGHT 12 ON 12 OFF no other way less they auto flowering GL sounds like you got alot of reading to do

As long as you have a good fan pulling air through a carbon filter you shouldnt have any odor problems.
If this is your first time just use CFL's. Try to get like 3 or 4 per plant. They don't use much energy at all and work just fine. They even sell 300 watt CFLs at lowes which are really good.
Just keep things simple and if you have patience you will be rewarded.
By the way sorry to hear your weed is getting cut with glass. If someone sold me weed with glass in it Id cut their fucking nuts off.

definatly get on the CFL wagon, perfect for stealth 
Plus if your doing a discrete grow and can't really afford a proper carbon filter and ventilation just shove some ona gel in the room when they get to around 3-4 weeks of flowering, or when yu can start smelling it when you walk in the room

I have been using a LED light for 2 grows and I am very happy with it so far, lots of crystals on them buds and they taste so sweet and smooth, this round I am also using a couple cfl's from an areo garden that was a X-mas gift try them both out and get a carbon filter for sure you will need it if you want to grow stinky stank budsdefinatly get on the CFL wagon, perfect for stealth
