Hello everyone ,
Im new to the forum here and i must say before i get started here that i love this forum already . all the pics , all the help you guys give is just fucking awsome !
Now on to my new set up
We just got our selfs a new place and its a 2 bedroom place with alot of space . cept we have down stairs neibors to start with . its a 2 story house . we got the upstairs .
Well right now ive got it in my closet . its kinda moist in the air in this place and not much can be done about it . been here 4 months and its still the same .
so the closet it not great big and its not small . so its perfect for at least 3 plants .
And i would like to show off ware im @ . now they are clones of Erly Girl , around here Erly Girl is rare no one really knows what it is and ware to get it . i finaly got someone to give me some clones and off i go . i traded some computer stuff for a Led light setup ive been reading about alot of and i think its a great idea to have LED Vs normal lights or a floresent light set up .
ive only had them for ruffly 2 weeks . it might be more like a week and a half . now they were barely sticking out of the dirt when i got them . and now as you see by the pics . how far they are .
Now the guy i got them from used the wrong dirt i think to start with . mircale grow is the dirt . but thats ok because we are going to transplant them very soon . there already out growing there pots and thats a good thing .
You will notice on one of them images . you will see the left plant has one bad leaf . well it was worse then that believe it or not and is slowly getting better and better .
The room is between 70 and 75 degrees all day long . and i only give them a little water each day or every other day . just depends on how wet the soil is .
there is one thing i do need to know .
What is the least expensive nutriance that works really well for when i transplant them into there final pots .
And would it be worth it to line the closet with floil with LED lights or does it look like im good with what i got ?
i am a old grower but im used to more ways of doing it with floresents and such and plus ive never lived in such a moist place before and from what i was told its much better to be moist then dry . i hope thats correct .
If there is anything i have missed here please feel free to shoot me tips . as i am going to add a 3rd erly girl in just a day or 2 . OH i better state the plan of attack for the size and such of the plants i would like to do .
i would at least like to make them at least 5 feet to 6 feet tall. now if you think im crazy for makeing it tall please let me know if not then ill just go ahead with the plan .
The closet will alow for the space and size of a 6 foot plant easy but will they all get enough light ? that led is hella bright so im not sure .
Anything else that might be able to help would also be much apreciated and helpfull .
Thanks everyone . i hope this little venture will help others in takeing the plunge into going full LED as well and we will then use less electricity as well .
