New to Soil, worried, Help?

Hey guys, first of all, I would never been able to have accomplished what I have without your feedback, thank you!

Sorry it's long :(

I grew for the first time a few months ago indoors using an Aeroponic CFL system with Autoflower seeds. I am very new to Soil and photos since I have never even attempted it and it's only my second grow (it's already a pain in the fucking balls excuse my French lol)

Background:

- My first grow went off without a hitch (It was my first grow and I destroyed my second seed because of inexperience in the beginning, leaving me with one plant to trial and error with ). Literally with some research, rollitup.com, and about 150$ a 12 year old could have pulled it off. I ended up with a Z off 1 Autoflower dry and cured, wonderful cannabis, put you straight to sleep (I should have flushed an extra week because the smell wasn't the best and the taste wasn't so noticeable).

- After seeing our results my girlfriend and I decided it's April (Seed starting time), why not have a small 4 plant outdoor grow as well as a 4 plant indoor Autoflower Aeroponic grow so that we are good in the middle and end of the summer to save money rather than blow it on nuggets when I can just grow it in my bedroom.

- For the 4 outdoor Photoperiod seeds I'm using this mix,

4x 7 Gallon Buckets with drain holes/water catch
1x Promix Bail
3lb each, Blood meal, bone meal
1.5lb Kelp Meal
3 lb vermiculite
10 cups crushed lime
20lbs Earthworm castings
20 lbs of rich looking dirt from outside around the house ( I live in New Hampshire, It's farm land)
and some Epsom salt for good measure.

I further diluted the soil I'm using for seedlings with some of the dirt from outside and am using a soil seed starter tray.

Whats Puzzling me:

-My soil PH Reads from 7-7.5, I have been using 6.5PH water to spray and water the soil plants along with the full fox farm line following the soil schedule to the T (I understand PH levels are higher with soil).

- I germinated all of my seeds using the paper towel method and planted them all on the same day (2-3 days ago). Using 6500k Blue CFL lights I have about 140w or so in the box feeding both the soil and hydro setups (for young life).

-My Aeroponic Autoflowers are a bunch of bad asses and already sprouted and are on their way to becoming just like my first grow (strong and happy), I have no doubt in my mind they will all (4) be completely fine. I actually planted 1 of the Autoflowers yesterday so it hasn't broke ground yet but you can see its coming fine.

MY MAIN PROBLEM!!!!

- My Soil seeds look like shit for one, aren't growing even half as fast as my aeroponic autoflowers and just seem weak and weird, one of them (Honey B) looks like it may have a chance at life, the (Cherry Berry) looks dark and doesn't seem to be opening (It's like wheres waldo in the pic, sort of worrying me). I only planted them about 1/3 inch into the soil, I went to gently help the seed case off the biodiesel mass and the whole thing came out of the soil, so I very gently replanted it, should I just leave the fuckers alone?

- Should I just leave them alone?
- How much water do they need? I mist them and give a small amount of water. (I dont know how often or how much to water them)
-Should I put a half inch of water at the bottom of the tray in each cup?
- The soil seems to get dry quickly, should I add my Cake top humidity dome?
- Just sucks I mixed all the soil up, did all the research and they just don't seem like they're loving my conditions or am I just nuts? Didn't seem to play god this time very well with the soil seeds :/ ANY FEEDBACK will help! I'm going on vacation next week and have a light timer and drip system in place. Whats up?

Oh yeah, on the Jack 47 Autoflower, a set of leaves seems to be "Ram Horning" just lowered the PH in the res a bit, it was a little high. Any insight! Thanks for Reading/helping!

Hey dude the ph changes because the soil acts as a buffer.
Seedlings that I grow in soil i start in coco plugs, allows them to get a good rootball before going into little pots.
Roots develop through wet/dry periods so if you start a little seedling in a big pot that stays wet for a long time the roots take a while to develop.
Get a fan in there to help dry em out and just water a little to start with and they be great.

you got a whole dry z off one auto using cfls on your first grow... pretty impressive!

Sent from my MI 2 using Rollitup mobile app

about 26 grams but yeah it was super easy with the aeroponic setup, I allowed for 3 plants but only ended up doing one so I had 175w of light in there if that makes a diff or it could just be the pheno, i loved that plant :( shes smoked now.

Thanks for the advice! yeah they are a bit moist, so should I just wait until it drys almost completely on top and then water it with like a shot glass?
