That bale is over 90% peat, buy some soil next time.
They look overwatered. Did they look like that when you got them, or after you transplanted and watered them? So, I JUST got 2 clones last night. Potted them this morning, and they’re droopy. I’ll attach a picture. I’ma newbie, and have zero clue what I’m doing. Figured I’d buy and try, if they die I’m only out like 30 bucks lmao I am in a desert climate. I’m about an hour past Palm Springs, Ca, so I don’t know if outside temp is a contributing factor, or if I did something wrong during potting, over watered, or why they’re drooping. What am I doing wrong?
That being said, anyone with information, tips, or tricks, please, send them my way. I’d like for these to flower and give me some nug rather than die in 2 days and end up in the trash.
Better dig them up if they are buried with no air. Might maybe live. They r def about to de doneThey look overwatered. Did they look like that when you got them, or after you transplanted and watered them?
You're too new. Give it a couple days. How can I like replies and what not? New to this forum as well don’t quite know how to navigate the site yet.
If you transplant I wouldn't rewater yet. Maybe a tiny bit, but not much at all.@PadawanWarrior they looked strong and healthy when I got them. This is the result of repotting them. Ever since, they’ve been looking mighty sad.
@ProPheT 216 so just take them out, and replant them like I did the first time? And just fill around them loosely right? Rewater, and hope for the best?
Agree, don't water. They need air, that's the only probable thing at this point. You planted in mudIf you transplant I wouldn't rewater yet. Maybe a tiny bit, but not much at all.
Peat never dries out once its wet, needs at least another 25% perlite for the roots to breathe between waterings.@Kerowacked what is peat? What have I done wrong? Lol I don’t really know the difference in soils. Like the post says, I’m new to the game..
Sure it does. And if it gets really dry it becomes hydrophobic.Peat never dries out once its wet, needs at least another 25% perlite for the roots to breathe between waterings.
Rabies in peat, news to meSure it does. And if it gets really dry it becomes hydrophobic.
