New to the scene, help!

hey, im a new member of this community and am looking for any advice i can get. i recently acquired some seeds from a friend and have no idea where to start. any and all suggestions are appreciated! from start to finish, i need all the help i can i get with this process. i really want to do this the RIGHT way. thanks in advance.

Welcome to RIU. People will be glad to help, my initial advice is not to ask for a complete growing guide in a thread as you will be told to go and do some reading first by most people, that includes me to. Read the growfaqs and dont get ahead of yourself by reading advanced techniques etc.

yep, read... Read some more... Then read some more. Start with reading up on the different methods of growing, then germination of seeds, then growing, then curing. There is much to learn.

Sound like you have been given all the advice you need. Trust me reading helps you understand so when you do ask a question. You will understand the advice and then you can make your decision what to do. Good Luck Have fun

Nice one, many people dont like being told to go and read, they just want it put on a plate for them which is pointless and doesnt actually help. I am giving you some rep for being a sensible new grower!!!
