New To Waterford Need MMJ

The caregiver attestation has been gone since Febuary's changes at lara.
Only still used for caregiver changes for some dum assed reason.
 
While I have the time I might send that in once without checkIng off all the boxes and see what they would do. I don't see how that can be grounds for denial, but they do what they want anyhow. I still can't figure out how this program changed hands from MDCH to LARA. keep fighting the good fight and stay safe

The same copy of my ID's I've used for all my patients was denied as unclear for one. Sent back same copy, good to go.

I'm kinda confused by this back-assward post..

I'm not so sure about the "She may not be pretty" part though. I have it on good authority (GregS) that she's pretty easy on the eyes. :eyesmoke:
