So I bought my usual Promix BX which contains
  • Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss
    (75-85% by volume)
  • Perlite - horticultural grade
  • Vermiculite-horticultural grade

  • Dolomitic and Calcitic limestone
    (pH adjuster)
  • Wetting Agent
  • Mycorrhizae – endomycorrhizal innoculum
    (Glomus intraradices)
Now I notice they have new of promix. First type is Promix ORGANIC VEGETABLE & HERB MIX which contains
[h=2]Ingredients
  • Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss
  • Peat Humus
  • Perlite
  • Limestone

  • Gypsum
  • Soy-based natural fertilizer
  • MYCORRHIZAE (mycorrhizal inoculum)
[/h]
Also another type of promix that caught my eye was Promix Ultimate Potting Mix which contains

[h=2]Ingredients[/h]
  • Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss
  • Water-absorbent polymer
  • Perlite

  • Limestone
  • Slow release fertilizer
  • Mycorrhizae Premier Tech

Out of these 3 I still went with the Promix BX....input????

When growing cannabis you never want to get a growing medium with slow release ferts.. just fucks ur ppm's and how much your giving ur plants with ur base nutes.. stick with the BX or organic mix. I always use BX but would try the organic in a heartbeat but never anything with slow release... keep that in mind bro. Good Luck

Oh I know...I ALWAYS go Promix BX, have been for a while and then choose my own nutes. I was thinking about adding a bag of the Organic Mix to the BX....I just wanted to ask about these new brands bc my garden shop JUST started carrying them. Never had a problem with Promix BX...Ran it outdoors for years...why fix whats not broke right?

A lot of guys go with the Promix HP, rather than BX. I wen't with EB Stone Soil Enhancer, which contains Bat Guano, Worm Castings perlite..etc, etc, etc. I think there are a lot of different combo's that will give you a successful grow.
