You don't have to feed missiles. It takes ~15-20 years to make a mercenary (from scratch). You don't have to worry about missiles not following orders.

Plus there's drones and robots now. We could just keep building warbots and train military pilots to control them remotely; almost like playing video games all day. You could even set it up so that one bot-pilot could pilot an unlimited number of bots simultaneously, with the exact same single command signals (but also make them individually selectable, so you could move one without the whole group doing the same action). And, each one of those bots could also be a bomb, with some kind of dynamic trigger protocol, so that if anyone managed to get close enough to tamper with it, it would just gib them. Hell, you could probably wrap it with directional charges and not even destroy the bot by setting one off.

I'm sure the MIC would love to build, demonstrate, market, and sell a bunch of those to various war-nations.

Ebola has a R0 number of 2, which is half that of AIDS. In other words, an AIDS victim will infect twice as many people as someone from Ebola, before dying or recovering. On average a Ebola victim infects 2 other persons. AIDS victim infects 4. The measles infect 20.

Thank god its not as contagious as the measles or the entire world would be in lock down ATM.

Patient: Dr, I'm worried about all this ebola talk. You're a doctor how safe are we?

Dr.Sky: Not safe at all, if you want to minimize your chance of infection pick up a face mask.

Patient: From where doctor?

Dr. Sky: Any drug store, actually, here i have a spare one, you should be right now.

Patient: Thanks Dr, i didn't know ebola was airborne contagion ...

Dr. Sky: Neither did I
