i have a qrazy train clone a foot tall when should i flower her

The pheno I kept is the long leggy baby poop smelling one and I would grow her out in a screen. she yeilds a little low, the other pheno (I guess querkle dominant?) yeilded better but neither stretched a lot on me. at one foot I would guess not knowing which pheno it is that you're going to end at 2 foot tops. I flower them the screen is FULL, like really full.

plants double in size whan you put them to flower so when she reaches a little less than half the size you have to grow vertically then switch the lights
