im new to the whole growing my own plants and am really excited seedling just popped out of soil. I just have a question about veg and budding stages when using a l.e.d lighting do need to give different lighting during the veg/budding stages. appreciate any feedback thanks

Welcome to the forum and congrats on starting your first grow.

You don't need different color spectrums, but if you have them like I do on my LED panel you will run whites during veg and white red during flowering.
