Not a really helpful comment, U Dont know the situation, not everybody has a spare room to grow plants in, this may be the best He can do.

Just a little note on rainwater, While Rain water is Super awsome, It Losses those special energised goodies pretty fast after landing, So After a rain shower water those plants with that super energized water

tks for info shaun and to the rest of the guys.they get water every 3 or 4 days .
high temp is a big prob its caused from the building its in at mid day it 30c im going to try insulating the whole grow box or find a new place to put it
got some nutes its called seagrow ( any one here used it and one called nitrosol. )
