newbie... are my babies ready?

I have been flowering 4 og plants. I veg them tll almost a foot before I flowered. flowered fore a month and a week. most of pistils are red orange color and frosty. is it posible that it should b rady to flush on 5th week?

Some people harvest at 50% red pistils, some less and some more. The best thing to do is get a x60 microscope to see if the trich have turned milky. You need at least 7 days flush in soil. Stop feeding now or low the dose considerably !!!

They have cheap scopes at Radio Shack for $14 or a USB scope on Ebay for $25 or so. Trichs are the best way to judge.

A month and a week would be equal to 5 weeks or 35 days, depending on the strain most need at least 60 to 65 days of flowering. Patience is the essence to fine marijuana remember this ;-). What strain do you have?

Five weeks is early the shortest I've done was 7.5 weeks
How are you grow dirt/hydro a pic would help a lot. I like
to give'em plain water for last 3 waterings before harvesting
in dirt this is~

You'll need to post pics if your looking help. But 5 weeks isnt long enough my shortest is 8 weeks. Do some research on it to see what your looking for.

base it all on trichomes when they start to get milky white start your flush 7-10 days and you should catch them in a super milky white to amber for preferred high they stay amber and loose top ball your starting to get degradation and will effect high.
