newbie asking for help to save a northern light queen!

hi
firstly greetings to all fellow growers
great respect to you all....
here is the story.............. I was given a northern light plant that was tiny and already starting to flower because she was grown outside. I put the plant directly under normal white light bulb in garage for 24h light and then decreased to 20h of light and she flourished!
She got to about 10cm and I moved her to my grow tent with 400hps light and good circulation and extractors .... the best the enthusiastic hydro-shop dude could sell my partner in crime and I.

After three days in the tent she is suffering and her once "greeny" green leaves are losing their color and she looks sad and unhappy.
I water once every two days......have learnt the overwatering mistake....... the over fertilizing mistake ..... the timer electrical shorting out mistake ( although that was caused by damage from a missile shot in our direction)
and all the other first time errors we make........ and I make them all

so I am trying to stop making basic mistakes and keep it simple................ my biggest problem is heat and the tent gets over 30C at times............ nothing to do about that apart from insulating and cursing life in a desert climate.
I tried giving 12h of dark during the day and then 12h of light during the night. But then the plant is always hot so I am trying to go with nature and let the plant sleep in cooler nighttime.....

any ideas?
just heat stress or am I "over" doing something else?

the last pic is to end on a happy note with my outdoor guerrilla style growing

you had it under CLF. light for a while and put it under HPS. right. you forgot to harden it off. get it far away from the HPS light and slowly (over some days) move it closer.

It looks like the leaves are clawing a bit, do you monitor the nutrient levels? It doesn't seem unhealthy otherwise, but it's a really small plant to be putting to flower. Are you sure it's not the color of the hps light that's making it look unhealthy to you?

I go from 105w cfl's in veg to 400w hps in bloom, no hardening off is needed.

did you look at the stem going limp? and if you dont have to then good for you, but out of ten clones one of mine always needs it.

I wouldn't flower it yet. strengthen the stems by shaking the plant vigorously or even pinching and twisting the stems a little will break up fibers and make the stems stronger. over all it looks good just hot. It might need a little nitrogen dried blood or bloodmeal works good. feathermeal takes longer to work.

thanks for kind replies.......... I was a bit nervous about posting; so much appreciated!

I agree that she was shocked from the increase of heat and light and I raised the light
I am using organic fertilizers and ph balancing and I feel like a unsuccessful mad scientist- hiding in my garage and trying to make puuuure gold...............
To other questions.... she was rich green before putting her into tent and now many of the leaves are losing color but the head still looks green and healthy
Last question - I started her on 12/12 cycle because she had already started flowering outside..... is it too late to put her back on 18/6 cycle and get her to grow some more?
or just be grateful for what I get from her?

I also read about turning off hps lights before taking pics ................... I will post more pics of the queen later

I went to Amsterdam for the first time last year................ after waiting twenty years...... and had a great time, my kids were a bit shocked that mom and dad were smokers but after I showed them the torture museum and the red light district....... well, mom and dad didn't look so bad after all!
I tried all the varieties and loved the northern light the most ( although "amnesia" was the strongest)......... so I hope my plant survives my heavy handed lovin'

Put it in 24 hour light its not budding heavy it will take a while to revert back though. Its up to you man. If it gets tall you can hard top it and take off big sections as long as you leave leaf nodes at the bottom. Don't remove all the leafs either.
