at end of light cycle plants seem to be drooping but the perk back up in the morning it has been a tad chilly the water temp got below 65 could that be the reason?

65 degrees is not too cold. Your limp pollywog might be sick.

they will drope some when light are off (they are sleeping) this is normoal.

Normal.... plants droop in the dark........
