Newbie Fridge Convert I need some start to finish information on how it can be done!

I have an old fridge that I would like to convert to grow. I have no idea where to start or what is needed. intake/outake , fans, filters, humdity/temp meter? etc.
mylar on the inside? plain white?
I have one ufo 90w led lamp.
would I need 2-4 more cfl?
please help?

ok do you think the led 90w ufo grow light to be enough for the fridge? and how far should the led lamp be on seedlings plants that just start after germination?

the more I read about these ufo lights the more frustrated and dissapointed I get. some are saying they dont work at all, or barely for one plant. I assumed I ordered a cheap one from china since I paid about $150 I cant remember. could I use CFL instead in the space I have? its a gutted out fridge 18"x22"x52" and what would be the best setup using CFL in a fridge? how many bulbs, locations etc. I am hardly handy and really need some good info and positive direction please and thankyou

Definately wont have to worry about temperature problems in that grow!!!

inconsipicious as long as no one goes looking for a cold beer... and justifies the sound of any fans or other small vibrations. only problem is they are quite tiny
