Do you have a fan in there for circulation? What light are you using? What are your temps/humidity? What is your plan of action for feeding your babies when the soil ferts run out? These are just a few things I would do/know before you get to much further and run into issues. Then you will be racing to fix whatever issues you have instead of preventing it from the start.

Yes i have a 4in exhust fan running out of it. Im using GH nutes t5 lights with led lighting for supplmental. Temp is rght about 80 degrees. No check for humidity. But overall im wondering if these babies look like they shoukd at this stage

I am at the beginning of my first grow too. So,I do not have the experience to give you any input on how your babies should look at this stage in your grow.
But,what strain and what size pot are they in?

Humidity is pretty important. Low humidity will slow your growth. They look good tho. U can get t5s pretty close to the tops for maximum growth. These were mine around 3wks. 600w Led only. Showing for reference.

Yeah, I think I'm a victim of low humidity and higher heat . Here are mine about the same age

How often are you watering? I let mine dry out pretty good. My 3x3 closet gets up to 82 according to my thermometer no heat stress. I keep it at 65rh with small fans blowing on the tops. Yours look good every grow is different. Just cuz mine are certain size at 3wks dont mean yours have to be.

Every other day.I still have them in 5" jiffy pots so they are drying out pretty good too.I have a larger size fan set on low moving back and forth.I plan on transplanting soon as I see roots.Well, I'll do see roots just not much yet.

Looking good. Watch out for high humidity. There young but those leaves can't take off if your treating them to 70-80% humidity. I would start aiming for 60-69%. Gradually move down at an ideal 45%. I say this due to some of the plants leaves appearance as shy (tips pointing down) that could indicate many things but in your case it just seems that the stomotas aren't evaporating as the plant desires. That would begin to show at the leaf tips and will turn brown before you actually notice lol.

Thank you very helpfull info. I have a dehumidifier running at 50 right ourside my.grow.room where it is sucking all the air.from do.you think that is efficent enough?

Also i think i transplanted a bit earlier then moat would. While doing so i noticed a crazy growth burst compared to the few i left in my red solo cups. This is the day i transplanted
