Newbie grower help on my grow so far?

:weed:Hi people, just started growing my first plant a few months. did post on here and got some good advise but now more...
its been just over a month and as far as i can see she/he is coming on well..... i have a bud box 75cm x 75cm x 160cm with a 125w 6400k CFL, need to install fan.

ive included a 3 weeks ago pic and a few current pics.....

just wanted you guys to advise me on if or when it'll be ready for flowering because it looks like its nearly ready....

sorry i didnt tell you that since day 1 untill 3 days ago i was using an 11w 6400k cfl.....just bought the 125w and had it on 18 on 6 off....can i rescue the plant and flower it???

definitely not past the "point of no return" add lights (your 125w should be fine). And put the new light as close as possible (monitor temps).

Yea vegg it out for a little while so it will bush out. Like he^ said keep the bulb close, within a couple inches of the top. You will need to stake it up or something. Good luck and happy growing!
