They are streched, you need to drop the light closer to them. whats your temp ? and humidity ? what kind of light u using ? what have u been feeding them ? and how often ?

hi, the yellow look is the camera flash, they are nice and green. im using all purpose compost for vigorous growth and strong root development. and watering every 2 days with natural mineral water. im using a 150w.halogen light. 42% humidity and 62F

150w halogen? I don't know too much about halogen grow lights or how close they have to be....but those babies are reaching for the sky...try re burying the stems and move the light closer...but not too close to burn them

+1 to the above post. Halogen lights aren't for growing. Explains why she's so small for a week and so stretchy. She's looking for real light!

1) Don't use Halogen... Get CFLs if heat is an issue, or MH/HPS. 2) I personally wouldn't use mineral water... distilled or reverse osmosis is the way to go in my opinion 3) They're stretched to high heaven. My plants are 15 days old.. take a look https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/563703-2-weeks-old-how-they.html 4) I'd raise your temp from 62 degrees (That's pretty low) to around 75-80 degrees.. they are a weed, they like the moist heat. (your rH is fine).. and 5) I wouldn't use auto-flower seeds, by the time they start flowering (with this set up) you'll maybe have one node/tier.. lol :/

If it does you'll be lucky to get a few grams. Do the research, do it right. Otherwise you're just wasting time and seed.
