NEWBIE HELP!! Under watered seedling dropped to the floor!

I have a 2cm tall seedling in rockwool who is 4 days old. I have not watered since day 1 and the seedling just dropped to the ground. The leaves look fine but the stem got thin and has become weak so I first watered her and gave her a straw to help her stand. (I think she just fell a couple of hours ago.) I then moved them under my 600w LED from a 65w CFL.

Any thoughts? Is this a lost case? Insights/solutions would be appreciated!

Just let it be, you'll know in a day or so if it will bounce back. There is nothing else you can do besides maybe a tiny bit of superthrive.

Black spots are starting to form on the bottom right plant. Is it dying? Does this plant look like it has a chance?

More than likely it wont survive. Superthirve has plant hormones in it so if you have some on hand give it some. Otherwise just wait and watch and hold its hand so when it takes its last breath you can be there. Good Luck

the rock wool might have suffocated it. Its super absorbent. Its designed for cloning, not germing seeds. rockwool is the dirtiest thing to use but can be useful in desperate times, i know people who swear by these. Their gross lol. Id try to put it in soil id bet you anything it might pop back up. Id just put them in a cup of soil man, or use soil root shooter/plugs.

It did germinate and look really healthy. I just underwatered it and now it's very sick.. atm, her leaves are still alive and apparently growing but the body is critically slim that she can't stand on her own. I guess there's a chance! On my next grow, i shall be using plugs instead!

What do you mean damping off? Its still following the light but the middle portion of the stem is way too thin to support its self. However, this portions thickness isn't showing signs of regeneration.
