Newbie Hempy Buckets problem - pics

Hi All,

Can you please help me with this plant. Don't know if it's nute burn, deficiency or what.

These are in a Hempy Coco/Perlite 20/80.
Using GHE Flora series nutes, G/M/B, pH down.
Plants are about 3 weeks from germination feminized NL5xHaze SensiSeeds

Been feeding all of them with the same nutes,
Week 1 G/M/B 0.2/0.2/0.2 ml in 1 litre water (+ some pH Down)
Week 2 as Week 1
Week 3 G/M/B 0/1/2 ml / 1 litre (lucas) (started also flowering due to deadline constraint )

Lights 250w MH => 250w HPS @ week 3 + 125w Fuorescent 2700K light

Especially one plant has problems, but you might as well check out the others and any tips would be appreciated.
Is it nute burns or deficiency?
I have been always feeding them with some nutes, never given just pH:d water - should I put some pH 6.0 water through every once in a while?

Low light ratio, and flowering vs veg[/h]Lucas Formula should be used in the same ratio throughout the grow. There is a misconception that one should use 5ml of Micro and 10ml of Bloom, when in veg, and switch to 8ml of Micro, and 16ml of Bloom, when flowering.
This was never stated by Lucas himself. He originally stated that the 0-5-10 ratio was for LOW LIGHT situations (fluorescent lighting like PL/L and CFLs, or HID lamps less than 400W), whereas 0-8-16 is for medium to high light (400W+)

Ph 6 water is good once in awhile just remember that it is not nuted water.

A 0-1-2 mix of GH 3 Part is only about 150ppm on the .5 conv,, So I think your not feeding them a high enough Nute Mix, hence all of the deficiencies (although not the greatest pics to work with).

A plant of that size, even though small, has to have a decent little root system going, and they are going to require more nutes than you are feeding them. Also be sure your PH is in the right range, and your not letting them get TOO Dry.

Added better pics (without the HPS) into the first post...

0-1-2 per 1 litre = 0-3.8-7.6 per 1 gallon.

I have understood that lucas for lights < 400w should be around 0-5-10 per 1 gallon so it shouldn't be so much off and seems only that one plant has problems (different seeds).

I put pHd water through the hempy followed by that 0-1-2 per 1 litre nutes. I will increase the nutes and see what happens.
