newbie here...which light cycle is the best one?

Just curious as to which light cycle is the best to use on my first crop?
Any help would be appreciated.

dude read the grow faq, normally you do 24/0 for cuttings, when they root, you do 18/6 to veg , then you switch to 12/12 so ur plants can flower and produce buds.
