Are the hairs that have amber tips the ones closest to your light?

No they ended up being great flowering buds yet it hermed either by light leakage or from seed from a hermed mom but no trichomes so I pulled it and was decent smoke but it was nothing special being early to pull. I've got new problem w my grow tent above it, idk what these are w a split and more hairs or if this is how buds form. They look like seeds but covered in a green pod almost w a red hair coming out and I started this strain july 30th so is my buds swelling and growing or is it seeds trying to form all of a sudden?
Was it left with a male plant to long?
