Newbie How Do I Know If This (MY) Plant is ready to be Harvested?

This is the first time i try this and seem to have gotten Lucky this plant is about 3 and a half months old It has been grown outside (do not know what type of seed it is) straight sun and water sometimes more than other because of rain here in florida i have been adding big bud nutrients for the past month once a week but i really dont know if it is really ready now or should i wait? there is no signs of the trychs(little crystals/glands) i read about but i think the plant might be at its peak? dunno...Please help i have included pictures but they are from my phone so gimme a break here. ok so it does not let me uplaod because of the size i can forward to anyone or if you can tell me how to make smaller? please help

yah mon .... I here you guys it it just looks good so far and honestly i say three and a half months but could be closer to 4 if not already ... Do you still suggest wait another month? I know it is difficult to say without seeing but i will try to get a friggin pic in here do you recommend any easy way to get picture to porper size to putin here?
