Newbie... How far am I from harvest time??

I cannot do indoor plants for family reasons. my plants are outdoors in an apartment building. My plant obviously receives light from the sun since it is outside, But at night there are permanent lights on the patio that cannot be turned off. So what I did was give the plants cover from the light using bigger plants, kinda like putting it in the shade... Because of this the plants flowering is all inconsistant.. the left side of the plant is slower in the flowering while the right has more production...BTW i have no idea what strain this is or if its INDICA or SATIVA and I also have no clue how many weeks into flowering this is

What I would like to know is #1 can you do a partial harvest on one side of the plant while allowing the other side to continue to mature in the flowering process or am I completely screwed???

and #2 how far along am I from harvest time, Because at this point I am getting a little antsy and wanna try my homegrown stuff. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED... THANK YOU

The buds on the right side appear to have atleast 60-70% of its hairs already brown... And the trichromes I dont know since i dont have a 50x anything to tell...The issue for me with all the buds is that it looks denser than it really is...What do i do????

Your plant could be maturing at different speeds at different parts because some parts are getting more sunlight during the day. This is likely since they are shielded by other plants. However, you can harvest one side and leave the rest, you can cut any number of buds at any time and so far as i know the plant will survive unless more than half is cut. Althoguh it might still survive then that is the rule.
My guess is that you have nearly a month left still, and that plant looks sativa. Thoose take longer to mature. You should buy a magnifying glass and check the triches, but right now you dont look very close.
Where are you from that you can grow outside in january?

not great pictures, but not ready. Hard to say how much longer, you certainly give no info to go by, and flowering times can go from 6 weeks to 16+ weeks.

I apologise for the lack of info and for the bad pictures... I did this on the fly and had to use a messed up camera phone... Anyway I just wanted to say thank you all for the info... Someone asked where I lived that I could plant outdoors in january, well the truth is im in Florida and you can grow here pretty much all year long... My uncle even does this up north in tennessee all year long so yea... If anyone can think of any more advice or info on this strain it would be greatly appreciated... Every bit of help makes a newbie a seasoned vet... God I hope this shit becomes totally legal one day in the US because this hidding shit is sooooooo annoying
