Your pictures show enough information to derive the following notions:
1) When using a mix of coco and perlite, the plant
will not have nutrients available to it unless they are added in great enough quantity.
as recommended on the product label. Calcium and Magnesium deficiencies appear as yellowing between veins on the leaf, followed by complete yellowing, and eventual leaf necrosis- completely dried brown dead areas of the leaf. If the plant did not have enough calcium and magnesium before transplanting, it could put it under
more stress by transplanting it in an already unhealthy state.
2) Transplanting damages roots and their uptake systems that are composed of small delicate filaments. This causes visible symptoms of stress, such as yellowing or wilting. Being too rough to the roots during transplanting can exacerbate this effect.
3) Pests prey much easier on unhealthy plants, an example being aphids or broad mites. It is
crucial to inspect your plant for these, or other pests while nursing it back to health.
