I watched hours of his stuff when I started research. He makes it very digestible as a beginner. I didn't bother with classes though.

Most important things.
1. Light. don't skimp on the lighting doesn't have to be super expensive but don't go the cheapest crap like screw in blurple light bulbs. I have suggestions if you are on a budget .
2.soil. definitely does not need to be overpriced fox farm.i also have suggestions on potting mix and humus and manure to add life to it.
3. Location/security. A 2x2x5 is a space large enough for 1 plant unless doing a pond of green can't call it a sea of green unless it's in a 4x4 or larger just my personal opinion.dont tell people about it keep your plant/plants a secret from friends and family.
4. Water. Less is more don't drown it . Waiting until the first 2 inches of soil are dry around 2 knuckles deep 3 or 4 for poor drainage.
5. Patience and love is key to some wonderful flowers I have nothing better to do then share anything I have learned never just this forum away

Tbh, kiss is where it's at. First time round I just put a seed In a 5 Gal pot of basic potting mix from a local hardware store, ignored everyone saying it can't be done wothout X,y,z,D and W as a minimum, and treated it like any other plant. Ended up filling a 2x4 with a single auto and pulling 5 ounces under a cheap 90w light. If you understand elementary gardening principles you should be fine.
there's not much to be done as the plant grows itself. Provide it with a well aerated medium, water it appropriately and give it adequate light. If you are comfortable in the environment, chances are so is the plant (for example, I find I'm comfortable at 20-30c and 50-60% humidity) . Overthinking it is usually the biggest issue with new growers. It's just a weed after all, and a resilient one.

Yeah that's it kiss. keep it super simple. Like most often less is more the plant don't need hourly attention and don't try growing stuff like you see in high times all special laboratory equipment top of the line assortments
