newbie needing help

Hello I am wanting to have a go at growing some of my own and like the stealth idea as space is a somewhat limited thinking of using a old dresser or something similar.
I am needing some advice on what I need to start things of, lights,fans, etc , what strains you would recommend, and anything else I need and any advise and tips
money is a bit tight so would prefer lower cost and then gradually upgrade if it goes well

Whatever you use, make sure you have some ventilation,
or you will have all kinds of issues.

Yeah man, you can use it. Like Bleuballz said you need ventilation.
even if its just a couple computer fans. One in one out.
and keep your plants short in veg ( topping, training)
cause they will double in 12/12.
