Newbie problems

Quick question. I know all plants different but, one of them are getting burned and the distance from the light is more further away then it’s suppose to be. I guess it could be heat stress. That's nutrient burn...not from heat or lights...if ur feedin em stop n give em str8 water for a while...if ur not feedin em then ur soil is hot=(too many nutrients)

Other than that they look ok.... that's not miracle grow soil or some kinda soil with nutrients already added is it?

They don't need any food at all that young n small there's plenty to sustain them for a while in the soil ur usin... that's classic nute burn damage...trust...less is more with cannabis...I use half the recommended dose if n when I feed...
N no don't take those leaves off...they're still doin their job...leaves don't grow bk once gone they're gone...there will be plenty new ones to come tho in diff places......n if u stop feedin they won't b burned... neither one of these plants have received anything but water at the point in pics below...I usually don't need to feed til flowering begins...

I don't know that soil but I do use ff ocean Forest, sometimes I don't add feed for 2 months, I watch the plant to determine when to feed but I understand you're just starting so I'm not saying that's how to do it or not, just that's how I do it

This would be true in Hydroponics or Aeroponics system whereby if you do not add any nute, the pant does not actually get any from anywhere else - Soil has already enough nutrients in a pot for at least the first 4 or 5 weeks, and then watch it out.

I only use soil, or should i say a mix or potting soil, worm castings, potting mix (with coco, moss etc), perlite & vermiculite - Never had to add any nutes for the first 4 weeks.

Happy Frog soil, although i do not have it here, should have nutes in there for quite some time i would say. The only thing i add to my soil from the start is crushed egg shells so the calcium is kind of readily available for the plant by the time she is flowering.
