Newbie setting up Grow Room

Hi. I am setting up a grow room in my
attic on a very limited budget. To start,
I bought a Hyrofarm germination station
with heat mat, a six plant ebb and flow
system, one blue LED for veg, one red
for flowering, one full spectrum panel
for all. I also bought rockwool cubes for
my seeds and the nutrient trio from
General Hydroponics. Oh yeah, also ph
kit( tester and ph up and down) and an
aquarium submersible heat for the nutrient
resovior. What other essentials do I need?
Also, can I use seeds I have already or is
it worth it to buy seeds instead? If I buy
seeds where should I get them from?
Thanks!

Generally better to buy seeds, but u can still grow out a couple of yours just make sure you have something you know will be good. Attitude is excellent, I recently ordered and received my 5 packs in less than a week! All in breeder packs. A good plant to grow first is Sweettooth - vigorous, easy to clone, excellent smoke, good yields, etc. Also handles nutes very well. If u have the money it is good to get a feminized variety if possible - saves lots of time on initial startup to getting bud. Attitude gives you a free seed (feminized and sometimes autoflowering) with each pack you purchase up to five (I think). I received five free seeds - all individual genetics, 2 autofems and 3 fems. All four of the seeds I started popped within 3 days of planting (I'm a dirt farmer). Good luck.
You may have issues with heat/cold in the attic - so ventilation/heating may be required -temps should be somewhere in 65-85 range where ideal is 67-74 (for me anyway). Some folks have higher temps but then u should have CO2 injected. Not sure what you can expect from the LEDs/panel u have - I use HIDs and CFLs so I can't help there. Frankly, I suspect the LEDs are going to let you down big time unless they are at least 3w bulbs, preferably 5w or even 10s - anything less isn't enough regardless of the claims. U might consider getting at least a small HPS lamp for flowering.
Good luck.

I will def. give buying a small hps more thought.
I have a small ceramic element heater that is also
a fan for temp control and the area I'm using has
vents, so I am looking for ways to utilize that.
My attic also stays warmer than most. My house is
a Cape Cod, so it is not above the upper floor rooms,
but next to them. Access is through door in the bedroom
wall.

Okay, I double checked my lights. The LED grow panel is
55 watts and each of the supplimental lights is 14 watts.
Any thoughts on if that's enough for 6 plants?
