Newbie soil& lighting questions <3

So I am beginning germination of white widow feminized seeds in a couple of days. I already purchased fox farm ocean forest soil and perlite which I planned on adding 25%. Is this okay to start a seedling out in? I have just read mixed reviews.

Also,

I have a 3000watt LED light, which I’ll post a pic of below. My question is. Is this enough to support 4 plants and get a good yield? Can I add any kind of extra support/smaller light to supplement to make the four plants thrive if the one isn’t enough? I’m working in a 5x7 ft grow tent. Any and all help and advice is greatly appreciated!

I have used Oceans Forest from seedling to harvest and it was good just a little to hot (nutrient rich) for a seedling. It still grew but showed nute burn. I have since switched to Fox Farm Happy Frog soil which is a step down from the Oceans Forest but its not as hot (still has nutes) and is ph balanced at 6.5. I have yet to experience any nute burn from Happy Frog alone.

I would germ in proper seedling mix (i think Fox Farm's is called Light Warrior) or in a root riot cube. I like the cubes because you can squeeze out the excess moisture, if you want to soak them in fulvic/kelp extract or something to help the seeds get going. Whatever medium you pick, just be careful not to keep them too moist and I'd remove the cover (if you're covering them) as soon as the seedling emerges. Nothing like a bad case of damping off to make one reevaluate their life choices! Good luck to you sir!
