here are some pics of what is going on they look like they need to adjust to the change but otherwise i think they will survive do you guys think i should keep the 2 t8s on the side like that

in your first pics, the plants look alright for growing under shoplights, but they look a little stretchy. If you dont want to get the MH lamp, you can probably reuse your own shop lamp with some T5 or T4 lamps. They are thinner tubes and run on more lumens. T8s are old tech in comparison.
now in the next group of pics where you have the warm light, they look pretty good. but becareful with more stretching. they can get bigger on you and then the fluoros don't make the lux penetration like a better light source, the HP sodium
