Hey whats up me and my friend have decided to grow in a small cabinet in my basement. We started out by putting four midsized pots in there with a indoor grow light and put a crappy reg. seed in there just to see how it would turn out. As it turns out we didn't really do a good job lol. The plant is now dead and only made it two about 3 inches in the week and half it was in there for. We'd like some advice on what to do really before our real good seeds come and we plant them.
Temp: is around 75 with light on and 63 with light off
Humidity: Around 80 % with light on and 70% with it off
We have the fan running 24/0 and we just put a brand new light in with the indoor light running at 18/6

We'd like to know how much we should water each plant when it comes?
What the ph should be at?
And if the rest of our conditions are correct

Thanx

this link would give you most of the information you need to start off and you wont have to wait for the answers, just have to do a little reading but its well worth it.

GROWFAQ

humidity in your room seems a bit high to me. if you have more bag seeds i would suggest practicing on them after reading the faq before using the good seeds.

3 feet tall is enough room to grow, look at my plant in my signature link its only 22 inches tall after training. including the pot its in its like 26-27 inches tall.

if ya growing in soil then 6.5 is good, make sure you check the ph of the water after youve added nutes(when you need to start giving um nutes),,, with seedlings its good to keep soil moist, but not drenched,,,,when there about a week-2weeks old you can let the soil dry out abit before you water,,when there in big pots, water when the soils dry up2 about 2-3 inches deep and if the pot feels light,,,,,,,,,,,peace

Just get a moisture meter (ten bucks at walmart), it will tell you when the best times to water are for your personal needs. Every plant is different... Also what KIND of indoor light are you using?

You may just want to leave the light on 24/0 until the plants grow a bit and can handle the cooler temp with the light off. Seedlings are very sensitive in that manner.

ok... then just leave the lights on 24/0 until the plant(s) grow a little like i said before. Really you can just keep that schedule until flowering time.
