...Ok so I was wondering if you could post a full update over the last 38 days. I wanna try and help as much as I can and I see your having PH issues etc etc. So if you could kind of some up all your problems in one big post then I will come back and help you sort out all youre issues.
I guess... even though your being lazy by not reading all my goodness (KIDDING)... but FYI, it is not just a CFL grow, I have a 150HPS as well... but here's a recap:
This was the initial set up (knowing I would add to) four rockwool cubes in a pot, under 4 42-watt CFLs... though I thought the were 'daylight' they were 'soft white'
I know at first, I really overwatered, I admit. I kept that RW
wet Also wasnt testing pH (i know I know) and it was around 6.5.. eek... I started using pH down and now keep it around 5.8-6.0
Removed the metal pot (too much heat??) and placed in a shallow dish. Also had a little bit of nute burn with 1/4 nutes... Flora Micro/Gro/Bloom
On day 14 or 15 I got my 150HPS in the mail, which I rigged up. I though I had all my problems solved, so I tried to sprout 4 more of the same seeds.
Overwatering led to some type of rockwool rot, I sacrificed Lara to see how bad it was inside the cube, turns out... not too bad at all inside.
Added a humi-dome...
...and a DIY reflector
Moved the three main seedlings and the one best of the 4 new seedlings into my 12 gallon DWC... 60 gallon pump and 2 5" airstones
Initially had some wilting after the DWC transfer...
Realized that I never had daylight CFLs, and found one around the house and plugged her in... to help ad blue to the light.
...then i got some more (temporary CFL set up)
12 days later, Fox has the most roots out of the water (11 at last count).. though not long... may raise water level a bit.
Here are some stats too:
150watt HPS
3 26 watt 65k CFLs
Flora nutes (at 1/4 strength)
Water level in DWC about 1" under pots
pH try to keep around 5.8-6.0... though it creeps up every couples days to 6.2-6.4
7" fan for air flow
Keep the door open most of the day...
Temp stays in the 78˚-82˚ range (during light hours)
Hope that helps!
