those are mandrax, lovely pills with a perfect cross. You are far likely to encounter parest, 400 mg of methaqualone hcl that is ever so slightly more powerful than a roher or Lemmon 714 which is 300 mg of methaqualone base. There is some magic in the base that cannot be quantified but the difference is made up for by the increase in potency of the parest. I believe that there is a lipid afinity inherent in the base but theory indicates that the base converts to a salt in stomach acid. studies have never been done. There are studies that indicate that diphenhydromine does not potentiate methaqualone.

I never noticed a difference. Some of the benzodiazapines do have a potentiating effect but it is short lived and dangerous.
