Nextlight Quality is as poor as it’s Customer Service

I Purchased a Nextlight Mega less than one year ago. One side has gone dark. When you call customer support, their machine can’t take any more messages, and no one has responded to three emails. I can only conclude that this US based company makes defective products which they do not actually provide support for, despite claims of a “full five year warranty”. Don’t buy Nextlight products.

So apparently the guys that ran NextLight started a new company called BlazinLed.
There is some weird shit stated on that site with regards to not honoring NextLight warranties.
Hopefully you get through and get it resolved and please post back what happens.
