Wow, I just found out of this today. This is very sad to hear. I had just bought a light from him about 2 months ago, which I completed my first harvest with it two weeks ago and the results were beyond awesome and exceeded my expectations so I sent him a long message thanking him and for all the help. I had also been having a conversation with him through pms for weeks about the light as well. He was going to message me back with some information the next day, I never did receive the information. I also messaged him a few days after and never got a response. I knew it was unusual but never expected the worse. I was about to buy another light from him too.
Man... rest easy nfhiggs. He will be missed by many, that’s obvious. So unfortunate... this just brought me down at work. Definitely keeping his light until it burns out.
Did anyone know him on a personal level? I’m wondering if he ran his website/business by himself or had help? Seeing if I could order another light from his website. Anything to help out.

Also I’d just like to post a couple pictures of my first grow/harvest with the light I got from him. In respect to him and show that he made top shelf lights for bottom shelf prices. Can’t thank him enough.

I got a email a while ago from his family members who I guess are using his email... they said they will continue the business... who knows though if the lights will be as great as they were when he made them.

Damn... He will be missed... I learned a lot from him in the short time I knew him... He was a good dude... R. I. P. Brother...Norman Franklin Higgs unfortunately suddenly passed away on Monday.
He was a valued member of this community and an all round great guy.
He will be missed by many.
Just thought you folks who knew him on here should know.
Lets all smoke a fat one in his memory

RIP Sir. I am new here but still sad when someone from a community of people who you share a common hobby passes away. I ride motorcycles daily and no matter if it’s someone I know or don’t passes away on a bike it hits myself and the bike community hard. Rest well my friend.

No no. I am saying when you are apart of a community who shares the same interest as you and someone passes away it affects the whol community whether you knew them or not. I was using the bike community as an example.

I can't find the website for his company... I thought that it was Omegalighting, but something else comes up with the same name but not the same lights... If someone knows what the proper name of the site is please share it cause some of us still want to put some money in his peoples pockets...
