NFT. And EC.

What's should your EC be when growing in NFT. For veg and flower thanks for any reply. Or link to a charts of some kind.

Just test your reservoir every 24hours.

If EC has fallen more than 0.2 then you can increase your next res change as you're not feeding heavy enough.

If EC has risen then you're feeding too strong and should reduce concentrations.

There is no set amount for veg and for flower. Its governed by environment, plant age, lighting, air exchange.

Not sure what NFT is, tho I believe it's hydro, therefore I would say for hydro you could use this chart, note it varies from seedlings to full bloom, if not hydro forgive my ignorance.

PPM for Hanna Chart PPM

Seedlings, Early Sprouts ..100 to 250 = .2 to .5 EC
Early Vegging ......................300 to 400 = .6 to .8 EC
Full Vegetation ....................450 to 700 = .9 to 1.4 EC
Early Blooming ...................750 to 950 = 1.5 to 1.9 EC
Full Mature Blooms ...........1000 to 1600 = 2 to 3.2 EC

Post edit:
The chart is just a reference, dpending on the strain, some can take higer while other strains can't tolerate such high EC's, it's up to your descretion.

Nutrient Film Technique.

Its an inclined tray with rockwool cubes. There is a kind of gulley system in the tray that constantly supplies a stream of water down the gulleys back to the res.

Therefore it is hydro, the chart should help you in regards to EC....hope it helps, I'm sure you are keeping track of the ph...best of luck.

Thanks for your reply and sorry took so long to come back on. That lot has finished now and didn't do to great. My res EC was going up but I was starting with 1.2 which is really low , I think I may have needed to flush them out I'm not using PH as the bloke in the shop said you don't need to when using sensi grow nutes.
