the shed is very well insulated we built our self and his neighbours are not too bad they will only b able to see the roof of our shed as it is right up the side of there house where a old conservatry used to be , how loud is 56 Decible

im not trying to scare you off it just dont want you thinking its easy.

You need to test pH, EC, RH ( relative humidity ) , Temps daily to make everything is ok, You need to monitor and adjust changes in EC to see if you're over oer under feeding, you need to keeop things sterile etc.


Yes you'd still need fans if you went soil.


You may have to spring for acoustic ducting and maybe even silencers to help reduce noise.


There's also the electrical safety side of things too.

what does the EC do i foundt a electirc EC meter on the web does it read the nutrient solution ? i cant find anywere on how to control humidty how do you make humidty go up and humidty down ? we are going to buy all the stuff we need and run it for a day or two as if we would with the plants in there so we can fine tune stuff , but the only thing is we are not sure what hydro to go with our first option was the IWS flood and drain system but that looke a bit too expensive if it didnt work out with the NTF its only 150 for the actual hydro setup minus the lights fans etc

EC is electrical conductivity of your nutrients. it tests how strong your nutes are.


Really in all honesty you may have been reading about MJ but you havent really read up on NFT .

Go google NFT or search this site im done spoon feeding you.

Currently im going perpetual and running trials with plant sizes and pot sizes. last 10ish pages of my thread. Where i might only be pulling 3/4oz off a plant but 20-30 plants meaning more bud than i could get growing 3ft plants.


I have a mother/clone area under 200w and a flowering room under 600w HPS.
