neither one is really "better" than the other. Hydro systems save about a week from the final product but that's about the only advantage. I personally think plants grow better in soil or coco systems. They like the micro organisms in the dirt

thanx mate, its my first grow, so i did one ov each to see wat i like best, the NFT are much bigger and look healthy more than the coco but il see wen i harvest,.
