um...if you just picked it off the plant and put it in bag for germination i'd like to be the first to tell you its probably not gonna pop as the seed needs some time after harvesting to dry/rest before it can be planted. i forget why exactly this is but i know it to be true. i think it has to sit for 2 wks or so. (i THINK)

i just checked it (LOL i forgot it again) it looks like its on the way to cracking open. it plumped up quite a bit. when we found it in the bag it was really light colored and i didn't think anything would happen, now i am thinking its certainly possible
