hi just a quick question if you was doing a scrog grow so you needed to go in ur grow room everyday would it mater if you did it when the lights were off?

and train the plants in the screen

dont ever go in with the lights off unless its an emergency

scrog in veg, the extra light won't matter..

could you not go in there if it was totally dark and i used a green led headtorch

i have used green glowsticks with much success its harmful but if u rele gotta get in there i would do it just dry and make it dark around the area before u go in

Unless you can match the green led to your plants colour then your plant can absorb some light from it and you run the risk of a hermie. that's not saying it always happens like this but it's a possibbility you should be aware of. My best suggestion is do your training with the lights on during it's normal 'daytime' schedual.
