Stay away from nirvana. Lots of other vendors to choose from.

The problem with nirvana, other than they suck, Is that they are the largest breeder/vendor out there. So who do you think that the man is looking at ?

Lots of other places to get the same strains and the ones that they "breed" are crap. The K-mart of breeders.

I for one would not take the chance.

i mean i grew ww and HK from nirvana....yea male/female ratio isnt always great but thats wut u get for not gettin ferm seeds

my first grow wasnt all that which was the WW use'n cfl's (dont gotta school me on this one on wut i did wrong)

my grow that i just wrapped up (hindu Kush)went very well since i used a hps and noticed a big diff ............

so if u say that nirvana genetics are shot to shit then what do you perfer.....

nirvana seems like the best bang for your buck but that just my .02

Purchasing seeds is a "luck of the draw" game.... even if you purchase feminized seeds ..... you aren't guaranteed all females.... it just ups your chances of getting females because the seeds were created off of a cloned female (as I understand it).

If all the seeds sprouted then YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR! Don't criticize a seed vendor for the gender of the plant.... it just makes you look stupid..... REALLY STUPID!

I agree. Totally not their fault if you purchase a pack of reg. seeds that's not guaranteed feminized.

While I understand your point about the seeds. because they do say that they are not all female. But since Nirvana is one of the bigger and "better" seed sites out of there. Im sure he was just hoping they would live up to its name. Like when you (and i hate the Yankees for the record) send Mariano Rivera (for non Americans a closing pitcher for a baseball team who comes in with one or two innings left to finish the game) you expect him to save the game. which means get all the outs. now, not every time will he. he will get say 55 save chances and on a good year gets 45. So what im trying to say is this guy was just wanting some consistence from Nirvana, and was reevaluating them for us. As any baseball coach would if his closing pitcher blew 9 out of 10 saves in any strain or time period.

As to flordia girl, Now I dont want to be mean to you dear and i wont. because you're a lady and you grow some nasty looking bud , that I would love to roll around in. But you dont have to call the guy fucking stupid or w/e. just explain to him hey, thats just odds. you came out on the bad end. And two you're a lady.

I just planted eleven seeds of PPP and Hindu kush. Nine of the eleven were females. It's just the way it is. Nirvana does not wrong in my eyes and if what happened to you happens to me I would have to chalk it up to experience. I'm sorry that did happen and it sucks. try some feminized seeds next time, you know two strains at once.

All 10 of my Nirvana - NL x BB germ'd. Unfortunately I can't tell you how many were female since I had to move during the grow and killed off most of them before they showed sex. I only completed two plants; a male and a female. The female got a half oz off it under CFL's.

If you want killer weed you have to pay more than $25 for ten seeds, how many strains does Nirvana have? like 40-50 strains of the most piss poor genetics available

well here is my 1 fem and since then have chopped it and have a sog going. Its a massive yeider but long finisher, the mother I took at least 20 clones so it was topped multiple times, and had multiple large colas, the thing about nlxbb is that its side colas form like a main cola, so even the side colas look like donkey dicks

Well my experience with Nirvana has Been White Widow, germ'd 5 beans 4/5 female, Indoor mix, Germ'd 10 4/10 grew, 3/4 female, Aurora Indica, Germ'd 5 4/5 grew, still waiting to sex. Very happy with the White Widow. Others pending...

well.. on the bright side, you paid roughly $33 dolars or so for the seeds that will produce (hopefully) an ounce or more of bud (that in my location) goes for $400-560 an ounce... plus you got a clone off of it. So although I agree, that Nirvana isn't doing something right.. you still come out with a better deal than if you had bought it on the street. Best of luck with the clone.
