Nirvana AK48 first time cfl wardrobe grow

just started germinating some feminized AK48 from Nirvana this afternoon, using the shot glass method will be checking on it tommorow to transplant to a pot.
gonna be using bio bizz all mix soil and for feeding after the first 3 weeks or so will be using bio-grow and bio-bloom. for lighting ill be usingsome 30w 6500k cfl's gradually adding more as it comes along. area im starting in is a small cupboard so ill be using 2 bulbs to start with and then gonna be moving to a wardrobe (which we are finishing off tommorw) sometime this week which will have at least 4 in it (bearing in mind im only growing one plant this time as its our first grow indoors)

ill be updating this thread throughout the next few weeks. any advice on tips you could give me would be ideal.

Sounds like you got it all planned out for now man. Cant wait to see the wardrobe you got going on. They always interest me seeing that is what I grow in my self. Keep us posted. STAY HIGH!!!

Got 3 of these in a micro/hydro grow right now. hope you get the more indica strain, nirvana seems to be a hit or miss. But so far I like the results. Good luck

Run your lights (as many as you plan to run ) in the wardrobe to check your temps. I have a cabinet/wardrobe and im hitting 102 at the moment :/ wish i would have gotten better set up before i planted.

heat aint an issue neither is smell so if it gets too hot the wardrobe doors can be opened for a little while.
hopefully the seed i have in the shot glass over night has started to crack, gonna be checking on it and potting it up around 2:30 this afternoon ill have pictures up on here for dinner time. gonna be finalising the drobe aswell so ill put up pics of that aswell.

I'll be staying tuned in for this grow. I have some bagseed flowering right now and just received some BlackJack fem seeds from Nirvana and plan on building a cabinet, so I'll be checking out how you built your drobe and watching the ladies flourish. Subbed.

well the seed had sunk to the bottom of the shotglass so potted it in some bio bizz all mix and stuck her under one light for now. area is quite small probably no more than 1ftx1ft x2ft shall be enough for the first few days though

yeah m8, gonna be even worse for me coz its growing in a mates house wh lives a few doors away, gonna be wanting to constantly make sure he aint touching it and shit lol

well was over having a few joints and checked on it and it has started coming out the seed so hopefully will have broken through by tommorow. its on a 24/7 cycle just now temps are at the right temp and its bright as fuck in the cabinet

added another light into the cabinet as it still hasn't came through. 3 days now and still no sign of it coming through doesn't look good

hopefully todays the day that its popped through, got 2x30w 6500k cfl's in there withit about an inch and a half above the pot if this doesn't do it then it looks like its doomed :( gonna be emailing herbies head shop if it is.

nice man hopefully ur seeds popped it just takes time and patience lol its funny how u said te cabinet is bright i have my 600 watt mh/hps light in my closet and when i had the doors on it before i got poly film i swear man id turn on that light and it looked like god had came down to check out my light system lol it was so godamn bright light shining through the cracks it was cool

yeah m8 im just gonna be patient, check out my other grow in my sig, got it in 36 hours of darkness now to force it to flower :) gonna be putting back outside later tonight

I didn't even germinate mine. I just dropped it in the soil and waited. It took about a week for mine to pop through. Just give it time malone. I'm sure she'll pop through any day now.

yup time is a bitch but you gotta wait!

I started germinating an AK-48 seed (and berry bomb) on the same day as you XD took about 4 or 5 days to pop the surface, I just planted them straight into the medium and chilled!

yeah im gonna check on it shortly, got another one germing just now incase it doesn't come through today. i emaied herbies since thats where i purchased them and they are sending me some feminized dna sharksbreath seeds for free
