nirvana bubbleicious mother is she flowering?

i have a four month old nirvana bubbleicious non auto flower strain and her pistils are starting to swell like shes flowering but shes getting 17 hrs of light a day. is this normal?can anyone help

All of my moms do the same thing; it means they are mature and waiting for some budding action.
