You know what? I think it's about time that RIU stop taking Nirvana's advertising dollars so that their banners can then be removed. There have been more threads about people not getting seeds or anything from them than any other seedbank. Yet, because Nirvana is all over this site, people assume they can be trusted.
From what I've read, when customs seizes your seeds, you get a nice letter from them informing you. If you get nothing, it could be just as likely that you got ripped off. When the order is placed Nirvana knows exactly where it's going. Or, once they find out, if they really "don't like" shipping to the U.S. then refund the fucking order. And they have email, they have people working there, they're certainly able to take your damn money. What they don't do is customer service.
What BULLSHIT. They're able to rip people off and nothing can be done about it, except, of course, voting with your dollars.
MY suggestion is to search Subcool's posts. I believe he's in North America, and he's posted names of good seed banks. I think, but I'm not sure, that one he's mentioned is Seed Bay. Don't hold me to that, though.
