This may seem somewhat off topic but it is still somewhat connected.
I find it amazing how protective people will be about different breeders and or seedbanks. If a legitimate complaint is made about a breeder and or seedbank many people will take it as a personal attack on them as if someone said if you purchase from them you are a complete and total moron, and then they become rather petulant and rip the poster a new one in their reply.
I would think that if a legitimate complaint is made/shared that people should be grateful because it may be what saves them from being the next one to pay for something that is never shipped or has a terrible germ ratio or is genetically inferior.
The other thing I would think people would be, and should be, grateful for is even if they use a good breeder and or seedbank if they are told of one that is better that is a real plus and not a reason to become upset. Better service and better pricing is a gain, a plus, a bonus and something that everyone should hope to find and if found to take advantage of instead of seeing it as some sort of personal affront and become upset over the information being shared.
Something else to consider is there is no real plus to putting all your eggs in one basket. If you know of several quality seedbanks there is no reason to limit yourself to only one. The more quality seedbanks you know about gives you the chance to find more breeders genetics and variety is not something to scoff at. No seedbank offers every quality breeders gear so there is no reason to get upset because someone says Hemp Depot or Hemcy or Attitude is good if you only use Planet Skunk or Legends or whatever. Adding to your list of quality seedbanks allows you to have more options and also a chance to find better pricing and also more places to find something you want that from time to time may be out of stock where you normally purchase so you can purchase what you want when you want it instead of having to wait.
If a complaint is made about a seedbank and in fact the complaint is traceable back to the breeders, as in poor genetics, such complaints should be ignored because they are wrongly directed. If the seedbank is also the breeder then the complaint is accurately directed and should be something all buyers should remember when they next make a purchase.
But to be so possessive and so protective of a business entity that brings complaints on themselves is irrational. The complaint is about a business entity and not any individual who has done business with them in the past regardless of their experience possibly being good, so don't get your thong in a twist over such things.
