nirvana seed?

my brother can't seem to make contact with Nirvana to find out about his order. they received his payment on debit card, but got no confirmation or shipping order and they won't answer his calls and no call backs after leaving a message. been almost 3 weeks and no response. I ordered from them at the same time and it came within a week. anyone else??

must give nirvana at least 21 days. and i think its 28 days before you should contact them. nirvana can be a bit slow man.
