Nirvana Seeds, first order

can anyone just order seeds from them and have them sent anywhere?
It depends which country you're in. You'll get it in the US for sure. In the event your beans get snagged from US customs, the worst that could happen is you'll receive a letter saying you've been a bad boy/girl. I can't speak for other countries though. Some laws are really strict while others aren't. Check your local listings to be sure

are you being charged anything for the 3 extra seeds?
free shipping as well?
If they're called freebies, no. Shipping is not free.
 
are you ineligible for customer service if you use mail order?
id like to do mailorder but don't wanna get screwed if there is a problem

This is the first time I have used Mail Order for seeds & having an issue the first time I order you would think I would be like a deer by the river & RUN, but I have no complaints at all. Mind you I haven't got the seeds yet (Got the email just yesterday) but if they weren't going to send them I assume they would just ignore my email in the first place.

I assume there will be no shipping fees. I guess there can't be unless they send the seeds C.O.D. :)

I really do recommend Nirvana. I may try another place just for a different strain or something but I think I will use Nirvana most of the time. Great price, GREAT customer service & very fast response times to a problem.

Personally, I think Nirvana is shady. I've heard a lot of great things, which is why I ordered from them in the first place. Unfortunately, they never showed and they never refunded me. Attitude all the way!
That's a shame you would think that, when they have a customer support desk that literally reships any order there was trouble with. It's to bad you didn't educate yourself to the help desk option and let them know of your issues. They can't control customs and border searches but they do make all orders right. They replaced my seeds no questions asked and I didn't have to buy any extra insurance like Attitude charges for. Also Nirvana is not a seed bank like Attitude, Nirvana actually does breeding and their seeds are at Attitude for sale with a 50% mark up of what I can buy direct from Nirvana for. Don't get me wrong, Attitude is a fine seed retailer, but to put them above Nirvana? Please....

Wow, more misinformation about Nirvana, guess you really have a chip on your shoulder with them.

There is no charge for replacement orders. While yes, the customer already paid shipping the first time, the sends were sent and Nirvana has to cover shipping twice now, rather than just the one time. They do not charge for replacement seeds and more than likely it was 5 seeds rather than 3 that were replaced.

You can trust them regardless of how you pay. Place an order online, get order number and mail in a money order or cash. Why don't you buy a pre-paid visa card?

i would'nt even know how to get one; i'm asuming you have to set it up with a bank account? :?

I ordered my seeds around Dec 2008. I tried and tried to keep contact with them. Eventually, they stopped answering my emails. Have you ordered from Nirvana around that time (early 2009)? Can you confirm their level of service then? Because I can confirm that their service was lacking at best.

My apologies, I thought that individual was referring to the Attitude, which is what I was talking about in reference to the freebies. And yes, I certainly have a chip on my shoulder toward businesses that don't follow through on their responsibilities. Wouldn't you??? I'm glad you've had excellent experiences with them. I truly am. I was expecting the same thing. It didn't happen. Should I keep my mouth shut about it? I really don't think so, regardless of how long ago it was. That's the price a business pays for negligence.

i agree; they don't manufacture beans they only ship them. about 1 in 15 people that do deals with them on here claim to never receive the shipment; that's a huge percentage.

I'm not sure which one you're talking about but with a money order, you can just go to the post office and place a money order and pay cash. The post office will 'officially' send it to the Attitude. With a pre-paid visa card, you can just walk into any CVS or Walgreens and find them there. They're credit cards that you buy and they vary from $25 to $500. It's like a credit card with no paper trail. It's pretty sweet actually:leaf:

Got my replacement seeds today! 5 nice shinny Bubbalicious Fem to replace my 5 shitey Auto Bubbalicoius Fem.

Nirvana is GREAT!!! Unbelievable customer service!!!

The only reason I will ever order from somewhere else is a strain that they don't have. Other than that, I'm a customer for life.
