hi there. im growing a nirvana seeds master kush. its hindu kush x skunk #1.

"First called High Rise, this strain of marijuana was developed in one of the tall buildings in Amsterdam's Bijlmer area. Coffeeshop owners and marijiuana lovers alike fell head over heels in love with this exclusive tetraploid cannabis strain. By popular demand, this Hindu Kush / Skunk hybrid was stabilized and marketed, and it has been a classic ever since. Master Kush Seeds develop into strong cannabis plants of medium height and bushiness. Master Kush is a heavy weed producer which thrives in soil, hydro and greenhouse growing systems. It has a pleasantly earthy, mossy smell and its smoke is smooth."

she is three weeks old today, 3/28. she broke earth 2/14. she is quick to flower, which is awesome.

growing in soil with organic & synthetic nutrients.

thanks for joining along!

i vegged for a week, but the plant doesnt show preflowers until week 3. im really liking this plant so far. its flowering quicker than my "paradise seeds diesel" that ive also vegged for 1 week. that plant also took 3 weeks to preflower. even when i start 12/12 from seed..you guessed it, 3 weeks to preflower. so..i give them a veg cycle for a week, and then they veg themselves under 12/12 for 2 weeks. then preflowers come in week 3, along with the stretch.

the only plants i did 12/12 from seed where the 2 plants in "almost done yet?" they were also grown under fluors until the 4-5th week of flower, which is why they are kinda small.

i have a small hid light now.

glad to have you along easypound.

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply. I'm a newbie and just thought based on other pics on here that the colas are looking rather large like a 12/12 from seed. The one week veg. explains it to me, and opens up the door to starting newer plants to flower at the same time as more mature plants and still finishing about the same (just a different yield style). Looking forward to this grow. :bigjoint:

no problem, kinda bored right now..just drinking.

yeah thats what i got going on right now. im running 4 plants at a time. 2 vegging, 2 flowering. when the two are halfway into half their life (9+3=12, 6 weeks total), i plant two more. so every 6 weeks, 2 beans go down. problem is, ive been using regular seeds and caught some males, so its not ideal right now.

i figure no sense in me vegging them for any longer, since my 150 watt wont penetrate that well anyway. if i did that, id just have to lollipop and that would be a waste of time to me.

Thanks Kris, that seems like a great way to stay in the good :weed: - I'd love to do a perpetual grow someday... but who knows :)
