I will update this thread as is necessary.

I ordered from nirvana seeds on September 26, paid by credit card. The order was shipped according to their records on September 29th using their "stealth shipping."

I ordered three items that should have arrived separately, two of which are not even buds or seeds, just gardening tools.
Nothing has arrived. It is now Nov 8th.

I contacted their support "AJ" quickly responded at the 3 week mark.
I was assured that it was on the way and told to wait until 4 weeks.
At the 5 week mark I brought the issue up again.
Once again "AJ" quickly responded.
I was told that I should check if a package on hold.
I still don't know what carrier they use or have any way to reliably track the packages.

That answer is possible but incredibly unlikely. I have made orders like this before and never had a problem until now.
Will update when I can say with certainty that their solution didn't work.

I probably made a mistake here and should have found a company that offers order tracking.

Luckily I paid with a credit card and not cash.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?

from my research nirvana dont accept credit cards....

Can you cite your source? I have a receipt and confirmation emails that clearly state payment was completed and the item shipped.

And update:

Just checked with USPS, no package on hold.

Your right, please keep in mind that I placed this order on September 26th. At that moment credit cards were accepted.

While this is a bit older, this should help remind people that they have accepted credit cards in the past... according to some of the names on this forum anyway.

I expected the delivery to take a bit longer... and only chose nirvana because, though they take some time, they seemed to come through at some point according to this forum, now I'm not so sure I was right...

Hey guys, I was in the same boat as you not long ago. I placed an order about a week before you with Nirvana via credit card. I got the confirmations and everything like that, including one that said 2-4 weeks for shipping to U.S. (East Coast so i was hoping closer to the 2 lol). 2 Weeks came and went, 3 weeks came and went, 4 weeks came and went. I felt the same as you and thought I wasted my $$. BUT, about 5 1/2 weeks into the process, they ARRIVED. As far as the credit cards, Nirvana recently changed their payment policy to no longer accept them, but instead now accept Western Union. Try and be patient, and believe me it is difficult, but they should come. Who knows, maybe the govt. shutdown caused the delay, but good luck, hope this helps and your items make it!!

Great to hear you got what you paid for. And the govt shutdown is... a plausible reason.

I still have nothing though, no package no letter, nothing. At this point I'm looking at about 8 weeks and all I get from nirvana is that "I cannot hold them accountable according to their faq." At this point I am going to have to assume that the entire site is a scam. I plan to hold nirvana accountable in any way I can, starting by making sure people at least hear this story and avoid making my mistake.

If I do get anything from them I'll be sure to remove this thread.

tl;dr
Don't buy from nirvana.
